General Information

  • Our seals are formed in butyrate plastic, custom detailed and foam filled with poster board back and a saw tooth hanger.
  • We can produce new butyrate seals with a 19" longest dimension.
  • If your would like to have your seal made in the 19" size we would need vector art work.
  • The new graphic art programs have created more complex designs for seals. We now use a 4-color process printing on lucite seal centers for gradient colors.
  • Seals up to 20 feet can be produced in our artist painted high-density-urathane, HDU metal coated ´ wood seals and plaques.
  • The seals displayed on our web page and any of our literature are for reference only. They do not infer any endorsement by the agency or organization, listed or displayed.

Viewing Photos of Seals

  • Colors are different for computer screens and color resolution for each computer.
  • Lighting and background colors used to photograph seals cause colors to appear differently.
  • We use Pantone[PMS] colors for our seals. We can not use gradient coloration using spot PMS colors.
  • Metalic butyrate color change from material available by our suppliers. This will change how the seals appear.

Official Military Service Seals and Other Trademarks

  • The above DoD and Military Seals may be used only by the Military Departments for official purposes and are protected by law from unauthorized use.
  • Military Services and other DoD Components have many other protected insignia that are both graphic and word marks. Some of those marks include, but are not limited to, the ones above. Each Military Service has a Trademark Licensing Program Office that manages not only the Military Service headquarters' trademarks but also unit insignia. These emblems, coats of arms, initials, symbols and other military identifiers (hereafter referred to collectively as "Military Service marks") may not be used without prior permission.
  • It is required that all request for use of the seals come via DOD emails accounts. Thank you for your assistance with this requirement.

Shipping and Handling

  • For butyrate seals, shipping and handling charges are included for deliveries inside the Continental USA.
  • Resin and mounted seals shipping and handling will be added to the order.
  • Shipments outside the Continental USA will have the shipping and handling charges added to the order.
  • Normal delivery schedule is approximately 12 to 16 weeks after receipt of an order.
  • An expedited delivery schedule is available for an additional fee.
  • Additional production time is required when new molds are created.

Payment Information

  • For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, checks or money orders.
  • Credit card information is not secure to send by email or fax. Send your completed order form, then call us with your card information
  • Virginia Sales Tax is applicable for all orders shipped in Virginia, unless paid by a government tax exempt credit card or we have a current tax exempt certificate on file.
